In 2006, represented Li in his dispute with Sohu regarding the infringement of his right to communicate Shanghai Blind Date Lover to the public over information networks, which was the first case in China after the implementation of the Regulation on the Protection of the Right to Communicate Works to the Public over Information Networks. The case was also listed in the 2007 annual Top 10 Copyright Cases by Shanghai Copyright Bureau;
In 2006, represented Fu in his dispute with Sohu regarding the first case in China of infringement of copyright over short messages, which was listed in the 2007 annual Top 10 Copyright Cases by Shanghai IP Joint Conference Office;
Represented two anti-monopoly disputes in 2010 and 2012;
Represented series IP cases regarding The Adventures of Three Tomb Raiders during 2015-2020. Among them, the first case in China of fan fiction unfair competition regarding Mojin Xiaowei was listed in the 2019 annual Top 10 Judicial Protection Cases of Shanghai courts;
In 2016, represented Tencent in the first case in China of film and television props torts regarding Wangwang jelly suing the television series Growup;
Represented Kingnet Ltd. in filing the first suit in China to define game plots at different levels regarding the Legend of Blue Moon, and won the judgment on the already evident facts and interim injunction. The case was also listed in the 2019 annual Top 10 Cases of Hangzhou courts(Case 05);
Represented Tencent in the first case in China of unfair competition disputes against parasitic business on DNF game, which was listed in the 2019 annual Top 10 IP Cases and 50 Typical Cases by the PRC Supreme Court(Case 32);
In 2019, represented Tencent in filing the first suit in China of unfair competition regarding internet ecology;

In March 2020, represented Tencent in the first case in China of unfair competition disputes on the manual brush trading platform.
In 2021, represented the first case of the sandbox game "Minecraft" vs. "Mini World" in the second instance;
In 2021, represented clients in cases of unfair competition against multiple third-party trading platforms providing DNF accounts and gold coin transactions;
In 2022, represented clients in the copyright non-infringement confirmation case of the movie "Blue Moon" and the game "The Legend of Mir 2," which was selected as one of the 8 "People's Court Film Intellectual Property Protection Cases" released by the Supreme Court in 2023, "Top 10 Intellectual Property Judicial Protection Cases of Hangzhou Courts in 2023," and "Top 10 Typical Cases of Online Intellectual Property by Hangzhou Internet Court";
Represented clients in a series of litigation and injunction cases related to the web and mobile game " Blue Moon Legends ";
Represented in the injunction dispute over alleged infringement of the Legend game, successfully revoking the injunction ruling through reconsideration;
In 2020, represented clients in filing an unfair competition lawsuit against anchors using and selling the location-based game cheat software "Let's Catch Monsters Together," which was selected as a typical case of intellectual property protection by Nanshan Court;
In 2020, represented clients in filing an unfair competition lawsuit, which resulted in a first-instance judgment in favor of the clients and became effective. It was selected as a typical case of intellectual property protection by Nanshan Court;
In 2024, represented the first domestic case involving unfair competition in the "online blind box vending machine" business model, which was selected as one of the "Top 10 Entertainment Law Cases in China" (Case 9).
