Ms. Candice Du, a graduate of Minzu University of China and CKGSB FMBA, serves as an arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.
She specializes in corporate and commercial law, cross-border investments, and M&A, advising listed companies, conglomerates, and financial institutions on domestic and international investments, M&A financing, and project financing.
