Mr. Alex Huang graduated from the School of Law at Shenzhen University with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law. He joined Llinks Law Offices as a partner in April 2020 and co-founded the firm's Shenzhen office. Mr. Alex Huang has been appointed as an arbitrator at leading arbitration institutions, including the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC), Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC), and South China (Hong Kong) International Arbitration Court. He also serves as a mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Mediation Center, and the Shenzhen BlueSea Legal Research and Commercial Mediation Center, among others. Additionally, he acts as an external mentor for Shenzhen University's School of Law.
Mr. Alex Huang is renowned for resolving commercial disputes through a transactional lens and mitigating transaction risks with a dispute-focused perspective. In recent years, he has presided over more than 200 arbitration cases as presiding or sole arbitrator, facilitating efficient dispute resolution for parties. He has also led his team in handling hundreds of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, providing clients with comprehensive legal support in asset preservation, dispute resolution, and judgment enforcement.
