Mr. Xun YANG received his LL.B degree in law and his LL.M degree in jurisprudence from Fudan University. He also received an LL.M degree from Columbia University USA. Mr. Yang is admitted to practice in the P.R.C. and qualified in New York State, USA. Before joining Llinks, Mr. Yang worked at various internationally renowned law firms in Shanghai, Hong Kong, London, etc. He has 20 years of practical experience, including nearly 8 years abroad.
• Advising on technology licensing-in and licensing out in the pharmaceutical, TMT and chemical industries, especially including one of the top 10 drug licensing-out of 2021, the licensing-in of core technology for high-speed rail, etc.;
