On 18 November, 2024, LexisNexis revealed its 'Elites Under 40' list for Greater China, celebrating the achievements with a gala event in Hong Kong on 26 November. Llinks partner Mr. Kyle Zhao was distinguished among his peers for his remarkable professional dedication and exceptional legal expertise, securing a place on this esteemed list.
Mr. Kyle Zhao received an LLB from Fudan University School of Law and joined Llinks Law Offices in 2011. His areas of expertise include private equity funds, real estate and real estate funds, and mergers and acquisitions.
In the private equity field, Mr. Zhao has counseled a multitude of fund managers and investors, ranging from government-led funds and funds of funds to insurance institutions and financial entities, on the establishment and investment in private equity funds totaling over 20 billion RMB. He has also acted for numerous private equity funds in their cross-border investments, acquisitions, and disposals. Furthermore, Mr. Zhao serves as a legal advisor to several fund managers, handling a spectrum of responsibilities from compliance and post-investment management to disclosure, investor coordination, and navigating regulatory inspections. In the real estate arena, he has offered legal services for a diverse array of real estate projects, including M&A, land auctions, cooperative development, construction and operations, real estate fund formation, and investments.
