She possesses a wealth of practical experience in handling disputes arising from private equity investment and financing, corporate matters, fund-related issues, real estate conflicts, and labor disputes. In recent years, Ms. Zheng has expanded her portfolio to include providing ongoing legal counsel to a number of prominent companies, such as China Resources Leasing, Kingkey Smart Agri, Bridge Capital, and Eastern Group.
