Ms. Sue Sun is a graduate of China University of Political and Law and the International Law School of KDI, holding a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree in International Law, respectively. She joined Llinks Law Offices in September 2010.
Ms. Sun's practice focuses on asset management, with a particular emphasis on public and private funds. She is well-versed in all legal matters related to securities investment funds and has handled legal matters such as the establishment and equity transfers of public fund management companies and private fund management companies. She has also provided legal advice on fund investment, operation, issuance, product design, and corporate governance to numerous public and private fund management companies and has been involved in the issuance of hundreds of public and private funds.
In addition, Ms. Sun has extensive experience in providing cross-border asset management legal services, providing long-term consulting services to QFII, RQFII, QDLP, QDIE, MRF, WFOE PFM (foreign-invested private fund management companies), and WFOE FMC (foreign-invested public fund management companies) projects for many well-known foreign financial institutions.
Ms. Sun has also represented multiple clients in applying for fund sales licenses and has continuously provided legal services to several well-known fund sales institutions.
