Yuhua Yang, Partner

Ms. Yuhua Yang graduated from Peking University with an LL.B. degree and a BA degree in Econ. She then received an LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate of Study in Business and Public Policy from Wharton School in 2006. In 2004 and 2005 Ms. Yang participated in the Lord Chancellor's Training Scheme for Young Chinese Lawyers, a program run by the English legal professions. During that period she was seconded to various law firms in London and Hong Kong. In 2006 and 2007 she worked at a New York law firm.

Ms. Yang is admitted to practice law in PRC, New York State in US, and England and Wales. She has been focusing on cross-border international practice for more than 20 years, serving both Chinese and international clients in fields as diverse as general corporate and commercial, capital markets and corporate finance, M&A, international trade, construction, IP, compliance and cross-border dispute resolutions. She has represented clients in a number of different industries, including financial services, investment and funds, energy/new energy, EVs, Environmental Protection, infrastructure, EPC, internet and e-commerce, digital media, education, entertainment, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality management, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, trade, and technology.
