Ms. Monica Gao graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in law. She is admitted to practice law in the People's Republic of China. Ms. Gao specializes in the practice area of capital markets,
including securities issuance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and has accumulated more than 17 years of experience in these areas. Mr Gao now serves as a registered expert of the fifth session of the China Association of Inter-bank Market Dealers (CAIMD) for non-financial corporate debt financing instruments.
Throughout her career, Ms. Gao has advised many enterprises to complete initial public offerings and refinancing, and assisted many well-known investment institutions and listed companies to participate in a large number of equity investment projects. Ms. Gao's specialise in providing legal services in healthcare, technology innovation, new energy, and environmental protection, among which healthcare has been carried out throughout Ms. Gao's career, and she is well-versed in the regulatory requirements of the healthcare sector. She has served a diverse clientele ranging from pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing, medical device R&D and manufacturing, and healthcare services as well as investment funds, listed companies, and start-ups and growth companies.
