Mr. Kyle Zhao graduated from Fudan University Law School with an LLB degree and joined Llinks Law Offices in July 2011.
Mr. Zhao's practice areas focus on private equity funds, real estate/property funds, and M&A.
In the field of private equity investment funds, he has provided legal services for numerous fund managers and investors such as government-guided funds, FOFs, insurance funds and financial institutions in raising or investing in private equity investment funds with a total scale of more than RMB20 billion, and has also represented numerous private equity funds in their domestic and overseas investment, acquisition and sale of various enterprises. Meanwhile, Mr. Zhao also serves as the perennial legal counsel for a number of fund managers, handling issues including compliance, post-investment management, information disclosure, investor coordination, response to regulatory inspections.
Real-estate-wise, Mr. Zhao has provided legal services for numerous real estate investment institutions and real estate enterprises such as mergers and acquisitions, land bidding, cooperative development, construction and operation, real estate fund establishment and investment.
Mr. Zhao has been recognized by The LEGAL 500 as 'the Rising Star of China's M&A sector' in 2021, and has been chosen as one of "LEGALBAND 2017 China 30 under 30" by the LEGALBAND.
