Dr. David Pan obtained his LL.M from Harvard Law School, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He was admitted to practice law in China and New York State in the US. Dr. David Pan has practiced in China and the US for over two decades and is well-versed in the business cultures and legal systems of the two countries. Prior to joining Llinks, Dr. David Pan worked for two leading Chinese law firms and served as the general counsel of a Fortune 500 multinational company.
