Ms. Calista Huang is well-experienced in rendering legal services in securities issuance, M&A, assets restructuring, and pre-IPO equity financing. She has led and completed loads of IPO projects with cumulative financing of over RMB 100 billion. Ms. Huang also provided legal advice to various companies concerning joint-stock restructuring, M&A, and Pre-IPO equity financing. Ms. Huang has been acknowledged as a 'versatile practitioner' in capital markets thanks to her expertise in designing various transaction structures as well as her professional know-how and skills in industrial policy, corporate governance, business management, finance, and taxation.
