Mr. Huang has been practicing in the fields of finance, securities and investment and financing for more than ten years, with rich legal experience and broad industry vision.
In recent years, he has led his team to represent hundreds of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, solving a large number of major problems for clients, and has also led his team to participate in a large number of domestic and foreign investment and financing, capital market, M&A and real estate projects, providing professional advice and legal support for the implementation of the scheme. Mr. Huang has been appointed as an arbitrator of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, the Shanghai Arbitration Commission and the South China International Arbitration Center (HK), and has acted as lead or sole arbitrators in over 100 arbitration cases.
Mr. Huang was named as one of 'Top 15 Arbitration Lawyers' by LEGALBAND in 2022, 'Top 15 Rising Lawyers' by ALB in 2019, and 'Top Ten Outstanding Young Lawyers' by CLECSS in 2016.
