Mr. Alex Huang has been practicing for over a decade and has always adhered to the concept of resolving commercial disputes with a transactional mind-set and preventing transactional risks with a dispute perspective, and is adept at serving clients with diverse legal needs and resolving complex legal issues.
In recent years, Mr. Huang has led his team to represent hundreds of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, standing for clients' rights and interests or recovering losses, as well as providing professional advice and legal support to clients in resolving major problems.
Mr. Huang has been appointed as an arbitrator of the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court, the Shanghai Arbitration Commission and the South China (Hong Kong) International Arbitration Court, and has presided over 150 arbitration cases as lead or sole arbitrators, playing an essential role in the dispute settlements.
Mr. Huang was named one of 'Top Ten Outstanding Young Lawyers' by CLECSS in 2016 and 'Top 15 Rising Lawyers' by ALB in 2019.
