Mr. Han co-founded Llinks in 1998 and is currently the chairman of management committee and managing partner of Llinks. Mr. Han has been recognized as a leading Chinese lawyer in the practice areas of capital markets and M&A by CHAMBERS & PARTNERS, IFLR1000, ASIALAW, LEGALBAND and many well-known legal media for many years and has been nominated four times for ALB Managing Partner of the Year Award.
Mr. Han specializes in legal practices in securities listing, investment funds, asset restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, and has nearly 30 years of experience in China's capital markets.With a strong reputation for his legal expertise, Mr. Han has advised on numerous domestic and foreign listings of stocks, bonds, and derivative securities, as well as M&A and asset restructuring of listed companies, many of which are landmark transactions and projects for the legal practice of the Chinese capital market. Mr. Han has also advised on the establishment of dozens of Sino-foreign joint venture fund companies and numerous securities investment fund offerings, including the first open-end fund, the first index fund and the first money market fund in China.
Mr. Han has served as a member of the Issue Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, a member of the Evaluation Committee of the Enterprise Pension Fund Management Organization of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, a member of the Listing Advisory Committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and a member of the Council of the Shanghai Bar Association.
