Ms. Calista Huang received her LL.B. and LL.M. from Anhui University Law School. From May 2012 to June 2016, Ms. Huang was appointed by the China Securities Regulatory Commission as a commissioner of the Fourth and the Fifth Review Committee of M&A of Listed Companies.
Ms. Huang is well-experienced in rendering legal services in the fields of securities issuance, M&A, assets restructuring, and pre-IPO equity financing. She has led and completed many IPO projects with cumulative financing of over RMB 100 billion. Ms. Huang also provided legal advice to various companies concerning joint-stock restructuring, M&A, and Pre-IPO equity financing. Ms. Huang has been acknowledged as a versatile practitioner in the practice area of the capital market thanks to her proficiency in designing various transaction structures as well as her professional know-how and skills in industrial policy, corporate governance, business management, finance, and taxation.
