Mr. Desmond An obtained his LL.B and LL.M from Fudan University.
Mr. An's practice focuses on mutual funds, privately-raised funds, and a variety of asset management businesses. Mr. An has rich experience in the establishment and the merger and acquisition of financial institutions. Mr. An has provided various types of legal services for the establishment of more than 30 mutual fund management companies and securities companies, as well as the merger and acquisition of several fund management companies. Mr. An has provided long-term legal advice as legal counsel to a considerable number of mutual fund managers and their subsidiaries, as well as to many mutual funds as a representative lawyer.
