Ms. Sandra Lu has extensive experience in security investment funds and other types of products including the private funds and hedge funds. In funds area, Ms. Lu has successively provided legal services for the general operations for about a hundred domestic and foreign security investment fund companies. She has represented domestic and foreign financial institutions in the establishment and M&A of dozens of security investment fund companies. Meanwhile, Ms. Lu has served as a legal counsel for nearly 500 open-end funds in China, including various types of equity funds, hybrid funds, bond funds, money market funds, ETFs and many innovative funds. In addition, she serves as a legal counsel for dozens of QDII funds in China, presenting domestic QDII funds in cooperation with well-known overseas banks and asset management institutions. She also has extensive experience in the operation of QFII and RQFII. She is good at representing overseas institutions in applying for QFII and RQFII qualifications and providing legal support for their compliance operations in China.

In recent years, Ms. Lu has represented dozens of well-known foreign asset management institutions in the establishment of WFOE, QDLP WFOE and PFM WFOE in China. She has also provided legal services in terms of fund issuance and general legal compliance in China.

Since April, 2020, Ms. Lu has also provided comprehensive legal services for well-known foreign asset management institutions to establish wholly foreign-owned public offering of fund companies in China (WFOE FMC). She also provides professional legal services for enterprise annuity funds, social security funds, and personalized asset management services.
