Xun Yang
Mr. Yang graduated from Fudan University Law School with an LL.B. and an LL.M. degree, and later an LL.M. degree from Columbia University. Prior to joining Llinks, Mr. Yang worked for several world-renowned law firms in Shanghai, Hong Kong, London and other cities. He has practiced law for over 19 years, among which he spent 8 years in foreign jurisdictions.
Mr. Yang has long been dedicated to technology-related legal practice, focusing on providing legal advice on intellectual property, information security, and legal regulation of enterprises in the fields of TMT, life sciences, finance, and high-end manufacturing.
