Mr. Nicholas Lou graduated from Fudan University School of Law with a Bachelor's degree in Law and joined Llinks Law Offices in 2006. He is currently a member of the State-owned Assets and Enterprise Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
Mr. Lou has extensive practical experience in the TMT industry. He has represented a variety of clients in corporate M&A, investment and financing covering many emerging industries, viz. smart technology, smart automobiles, cloud computing, industrial Internet, software as well as IT services, and so on.
Mr. Lou has been recommended in Corporate and M&A, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Real Estate and Construction, and TMT areas by The Legal 500 for four consecutive years (2019-2022), and was recommended in Corporate and M&A by Asialaw Leading Lawyers in 2015.
