Mr. Mu specializes in settlement of foreign-related commercial disputes and has extensive experience in representing clients in handling with domestic and overseas judicial proceedings.
Mr. Mu has been appointed as an arbitrator by Shanghai International Arbitration Center, Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and China Maritime Arbitration Commission. He is also a director of the Arbitration Law Research Association of Shanghai Law Society, a founding member of the Shanghai Arbitration Association, and a member of the Arbitration Business Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Mu is recognized as an expert in the Shanghai International Arbitration Expert Database.
