In recent years, Llinks has been focusing on the business development of cross boarder dispute resolution. Therefore, two senior arbitration experts Mr. David Wu and Mr. Patrick Zheng have been successively introduced.
Mr. David Wu now acts as Arbitrator at Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) for over 10 years. In 2014, Mr. Wu was invited as arbitrator of CAS ad hoc division for Sochi Winter Olympics in 2014. From 2019 to 2020, David was invited as Arbitrator at China Ambassador of Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA).
Before joining Llinks Law Offices, Mr. Patrick Zheng has worked in a couple of leading international law firms as Partner in the area of dispute resolution. Mr. Zheng is familiar with Chinese and British law. He represented hundreds of international commercial lawsuits and arbitration cases, as well as international investment arbitration disputes, e.g. representing China Shanshui Cement Group Limited in an equity and trust litigation before the High Court of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, representing ZTE Corporation in the US investigation on alleged violation of sanctions in Iran, representing Petro China in an arbitration before SIAC, representing the Republic of Yemen and presenting oral arguments as an agent before ICSID. Patrick is a panel arbitrator of various arbitration institutions such as CIETAC, SCIA, HKIAC, KLRCA, KCAB, etc.
