Mr. Mu's main practice area is foreign-related commercial dispute resolution, he has rich experience in dealing with domestic and foreign judicial procedures on behalf of clients.
Mr. Mu has been appointed as an arbitrator by SHIAC, HKIAC, CIETAC and CMAC. At the same time, he is also a member of the Board of Arbitration Law Research of Shanghai Law Society, the founding member of Shanghai Arbitration Association, and the member of the Arbitration Business Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
